Reporting

Students will receive two written reports each year – one at the end of Term 2 and one at the end of Term 4.

Parent Information Sessions, combined with an informal ‘meet and greet’ will be held early in first term. The aim of these sessions is to provide parents with information that might be helpful as the students enter a new class level. They also provide an opportunity for parents to share any concerns they might have about their child’s wellbeing.

Formal parent teacher interviews will be held later on in the year.

Hampton PS has a Communication Policy and Communication Guidelines and Protocols. Parents are encouraged to use this policy to make an appointment to speak with their child’s teacher or another appropriate member of the school community should the need arise.
